63 series bearings
63 series bearings are particularly versatile. They are simple in design, non-separable, suitable for high and very high speeds and are robust in operation, requiring little maintenance. Because deep groove ball bearings are the most widely used bearing type, they are available from us in many designs, variants and sizes.
What is Deep Groove Ball Bearing ?
They are the most common types of rolling bearings. A basic deep groove ball bearing consists of an outer ring, an inner race, a set of steel balls, and a set of retaining structures. Deep groove ball bearings are of two types, single row and double row. The deep groove ball structure is divided into two kinds of sealing and open structure. The open type means that the bearings are not sealed. The sealed deep groove ball bearing is divided into dustproof sealing and oil tight sealing. The material of dust seal cover is stamped steel, only prevent dust into the bearing raceway. The oil proof type is a contact type oil seal, which can effectively prevent the grease from overflowing in the bearing.
